Our annual free meditation concert on Good Friday features the floating, chant-like beauty of Maurice Duruflé’s famous setting of the Requiem, paired with the powerful, introspective and metaphysical Easter anthem Lo, the full, final sacrifice by Gerald Finzi.
The Good Friday Meditation Concert is an opportunity for an hour of transporting music in the sacred space of St Peter’s Cathedral, reflecting on the heart of the Easter story.
